Bad day for my new Anfibio's coil

Some one accidentally stepped on my new Anfibio's 11" coil. Cracked mid coil. Gonna give super glue a try to repair.

What a bummer!

Try to clean it with alcohol the best you can , make sure it’s dry, then use EPOXY glue . That should take care of it. HH Tony

I use baking soda and super glue to fix guitar nuts I know it will work.
Thats the problem with new coils today cheap, a coil made for the Fisher M-scope detectors you can drive a truck over and it will not hurt them but heavy.

If you were going to do any beach or water hunting it's very difficult not to have a problem. LOL it's going to a good home, I'm going to shorten the cord and install on my Impact hopefully with the scuff cover siliconed to the coil maybe the wet grass won't have an effect. Things could be worse had a friend who left his CTX in a back room on the floor that his dog used for a chew toy. HH Ron
