Battery Charger BC10

Can someone help me please in regards to this charger BC10 on the back of the charger it states the input voltage 11-30v output 8.4v.
The question I have to all is what is the actual volts you are getting from your charger?


With a voltmeter I checked the terminals on the charger, output results 4.5volts, seems it takes for ever to charge the battery.
I welcome and appreciate all comments thank you.

I purchased this unit new one week ago the initial charge took over 24 hrs to fully charge then the second charge took over 12 hrs to charge, I completely discharge the battery the third time it also took over 12 hrs to charge which to me it seems to take far to long.


Again what I like to know is what is the correct output of the base charger on the back of the charger it states Output 8.4 Volts and I'm only getting 4.5 Volts from it?

Well i think theres a problem.with the Charger not the battery, thats why it takes so long to charge ,max should be 6 hours if it's and old battery . New should take 4 hours
