battery charging problems?

Has anyone experienced problems? I hunted for about four hours yesterday on a full charge. Got home and put the battery in the charger, which is roughly 16 hours ago. Its still blinking. I unplugged the charger, plugged it back in and reinserted the battery with no change. While I had the battery out I put it in the machine to check charge level and its at the same spot it was yesterday when I finished the hunt.

Ideas? I believe I'll be calling Minelab.

For those interested, Minelab has issued an RMA# and is to be emailing me a return label for the battery and charger.

I probably won't know, the gentleman said they're just sending me replacements. Easy enough....

For some unexplained reason the charger spring clip on one side was not holding the battery down to allowing the necessary contacts with the charger, ML sent a new charger and the tech said it the first time he ever saw that problem, thank ML for great customer service.

Minelab does the customer right! Congrats on the machine!
