Be Prepared....With The Dayton Diggers!

Today we had a Dayton Diggers group hunt at an old Boy Scout camp. We wanted to send off Manny on a good note since he is being transferred to Idaho. The participants were Doug, Steve, Mark, Brandon, Malachi, Manny, Howard and yours truly. Doug and I were the first to arrive and got the hunt off on a good note, after I found some clad and a wristwatch Doug struck silver first with a Rosey. We both hit some wheats and the Brandon joined us with his friend Howard. Brandon found a wheat and then Doug scored with a Buffalo nickel and wheatie in the same hole.

And then we moved on a bit to another spot. Doug then hit a Silver Washington quarter as I was getting a wheat. Manny was there and he hit a spot and pulled several wheaties from it. We then moved on and I got a very nice deep dime signal and pulled the most worn Merc I have ever dug a 1919. A bit later Doug got a very uneven signal. He called me over to check it with my E-Trac since he was using his Explorer because he was letting Brandon use his E-Trac

Nice Finds! Congratulations! Always enjoy the videos.
