Best headphones for the Explorer??

Well I'm in need of a new set and was wondering if any set was better than the other!! I have used a Explorer off and on for the last 5-6 years and always used the koss that came with them!! Any ideas cause my headphones arent working properly anymore??? What are your thoughts on the Grey Ghost NDT?

I agree with John,....I have the ultimates and they are the best so far for me....I don't agree with Bryce about the Sunray pro golds....I used them once and thats it....I have the Killer bees and like them also.....but the ultimates are great....Killer Bees close second....Pro golds....Bottom of the list......My opinion only......:smoke:

There is only 1 thing that I wish Detector Pro would do and that is design just a bit better Cord for them. Replacement Cords are $20 a crack and I have gone through about 3 or 4 of them in the few years I have had the Headphones, which isn't bad at all since they are well built, the Headphones that is. I think if they went with just a bit thicker and more durable Cord, then this would really help out on Cord strain. Even thought I have had a few bad Cords, it didn't stop me from purchasing yet another Set for Back-Up just in case something else went wrong with them. That's how much I love my NDT's. Get a bad Cord, just remove and replace with the replacement Cord that is sent as an extra, thus No Down Time. Just make sure to order a New Cord or 2 if one breaks. You wouldn't want to go out and have another bad Cord and realize that you have no replacements. Good Luck and HH.
