Got a chance to hunt a big sledding hill on top of the Continental divide today. What a blast!
The dirt is real loose and full of mole tunnels and gopher dens so things tend to sink real fast.
Only found 25 coins all clad but one, but it was a bucket list first! A BEN FRANKLIN HALF!!! 1952 in great shape.
There is nothing, repeat NOTHING like seeing big silver come out of the hole!!! It was out, washed off and the happy dance begun before it dawned on me to take pictures.
But I can,t get the hang of sizing them to fit the forum anyway
Also found a small lacy silver ring, three pairs of sunglasses, one pair of ski goggles, a screwdriver, a hunting arrow, and an lg cell phone. Great day!!
