Border Raid gets First AT Pro Silver!

Picked up my hunting buddy on Sat and we went over to Kansas to hunt some old home sites. I found my first silver -- a Standing Liberty Quarter! Didn't realize what I had until I got home and starting cleaning finds. Didn't take the time during the hunt as snow on the ground and cold wind. The Liberty was almost black when it came out of the ground. Started cleaning and told my wife -- hey, think I got something old! The date is worn off, but Internet search narrows down to 1917 - 1924 date, as has 3 stars below eagle and raised date surface. It's also my oldest coin to date (I'm still a newbie). Also found $0.73 in clad. All pennies were memorials and most almost unrecognizable. Thanks for looking & HH

Thanks to all for your comments. I was pretty stoked to get silver. Only my 4th or 5th time out with the AT Pro, with approx 12 hrs swing time. Had a great day and feel like I'm starting to understand the tones a lot better. All the sites were very trashy, but starting to be able to pick out the high tones between the iron grunts
