Can anyone id this button, it was found at an Arizona stage stop, sorry it is not very clear photo.

Far from being a crown cap, but I believe it is British, the penny was found nearby.

Yes very similar, I cannot make out the writing even under a magnifier , but the top appears to be a bronze, the back was tin, I soda blasted the back
