Awesome hunt Cal. All were good finds. He just swung the coil over that plate before you did. But it don’t seem like your feelings were hurt too bad. You were just as excited for him as if you had found it,

I was he is learning his new Equinox 600 and nothing like a good find to motivate ...On a up note the coin is more than likely 1600s

coin turned out to be a 1500s Spanish Maravedis...1516 to 1556
