There have been a few guys who are wanting to hear some recorded sounds over targets that are deep, in trash...etc.
I have no interest in doing so because I felt too many people would expect to hear the exact same thing each time they hunted....and it just doesn't work that way.
If you give someone your settings and they don't make super finds...they get frustrated.
If you let someone hear what you hear when you hunt...and they don't hear that same thing when they hunt...they get frustrated.
Trying to explain to someone that even using different headphones than you are.. can change the tone of the sound you hear also gets frustrating.
Anyway I just chose not to because of many the variables involved...but some feel it would help them...and I'm all for that.
I'm just not doin' it
...and for the reasons stated
I have always enjoyed your posts and how you explain targets always sound different depending on what's mixed in...or close to the target...and how you need to be able to sort out the jumbled sound to find the silver hidin' in there.
I loved watching the videos you made...and hearing all the different flutey sounds come out of it over deep iffys.
It helped me realize even further...all the different possible sounds the SE can make over deep coins with different variables figured in
...'cause it didn't sound exactly like what I was hearing over deep iffys.
That showed me even further that I needed to tune in my ears for many unique sounds that were possible.
Forum member Bazooka had a video posted that was a good one of a deep wheatie a couple of weeks ago.
Sorry for putting you on the spot my friend...and if you don't want to...not a problem.
Just thought I'd ask
