Absolutely. I carry one in my pack for emergency charging.

Im a little skeptical about car chargers they have ruined cell phone batteries in the past. Maybe because the voltage is not regulated correctly I don’t know. And maybe that’s changed.
I would prefer using a inverter over that. Also handy in case you need to plug in anything to a 110.
They are also inexpensive and never need charging. You can get a small 100-200 watt inverter to plug into your car outlet if it has one or straight to the battery. I would think it would also charge quicker using the charging adapter
I didn’t know though with the electronics in the xp batteries if a plain power bank was sufficient. I suppose as long as its Mah are same or more as the xp batteries

My vehicles have 110v outlets as well as USB plugs. Could use either.

I have a 2012 F150 and a 2016 Expedition, both have 110v outlets. They only work when the engine is running.

I also have a power inverter for my truck that works very well. My truck is pre-110v plugs.
