Charging question

Just got my equinox 800 a few days ago and am confused on the headphone situation. So it came with the wireless module and the Bluetooth headphones, but am I correct in saying that I don't need to use the module to use the headphones? I can just charge the detector and headphones and be good?

Yes.

The module allows you to use your own wired phones in an 'un-tethered' / mostly wireless mode...but is totally unnecessary if you just want to use the wireless phones.
(Note that only one of those can be paired and turned on at the same time...it's an either/or situation.)

It's exactly how we had to use our favorite wired headphones on the CTX ... with the WM10...in a mostly wireless mode.
