Charging XLT batteries with a V3 charger

I probably know the answer to this question because I have not tried but.............

I got two rechargeable batteries with a used XLT I bought a few months ago and just sold on another site. Unfortunately I did not get a charger so I could not test these batteries so I kept them and did not offer them with the XLT when I sold it. Is it possible to use the V3 charger to charge them? I doubt it, but I have to ask because I have someone looking for XLT batteries and would like to test them before I sell them.

Thanks,

The Shark

Nope, will not work. You will need:

DFX

The tab on the NICAD pack was made wider so you can't charge it in the NIMH charger. ROB
