Charity Hunt of Historic area.

Help! Trying to find out how much interest there would be in a Charity Hunt. This would be held in the Summerville SC area near Charleston SC. Two and half acres with four old homes located on it. It is going to be a little tricky getting permission but I have contacted the current owners and they are giving it consideration if a Charity can be involved.
