Civil War Relics and Coins at the Beach May 14 & 15,2013

These is my Best Finds at the Beach in along time. I usually chase Hurricanes and North Eastern Storms.I have a Club Meeting next Tuesday, So when the Finds are this well, I'm like a corn field without ears..I found quite a few coins laying on top of the sand from the 1800's. In the case is 5 Shield Nickels ,5 + + Half Dimes, Seated Dimes- 1830 Cap Bust Dime -1/2 Real ,plus a Seated Liberty Half Dollar found on top of the sand. I was using my Excalibut 800.
I need help on Identifying the Badge ?? and the slick face Bullets that are smaller than a Regular Slick Face C/W Bullet.
