Clamp-On handle for a straight shaft?

Anyone know where you can buy the clamp-on handle for the straight shafts? I've seen several of these around but haven't been able to locate a place to buy one. Is it a bicycle part?

I sent you an email related to your post but also with other info you might find helpful...
 
Got a set of these at the bicycle shop for about $15. After I installed the grip I slipped on foam pipe insulation, wrapped it with black tape and works great. Here are some pics of my extra grip without the foam insulation. HH
 
They are bicycle handle bar ends, google it, or check out e as in bay, you can get a set for less than 10 bucks!
