Cliff and I hit it this morning...

I had a really good day going. Cliff and I went out and in the first minute I pulled a nice little 10K 1.30g ring with Cliff standing right there. You should have seen the look on his face. 20 minutes later and only a few feet from the first one I found a 14K "petite" 1.45g ladies wedding band. After a short break we hit it again and within minutes This silver engagement ring with 4 real diamonds (1 missing) popped out. And the last ring is a black chrome Tungsten band. I also found a silver looking bracelet.

I think GOD is trying to punish me or tell me to slow down. Lately I've been having problems with my left heel. Plantar Facetious is rearing it's ugly head. I got a shot last week in my heel. Today when I was getting out of the water I pushed off with my left foot and felt an excruciating burning pain. I'm pretty sure I tore something. Made an emergency appt. tomorrow with the foot doc. We'll see what he says. I'm bummed to say the least!

That's a nice showing there...I think its the sand walking...my heels hurt so bad in the morning from I think beach walking, I can hardly make it out...but hey, its the season..and luckily our water is cold enough to numb a guys feet up real quick. I sure hope its not something serious for you man, you are in the zone!..

Your hunts and finds are out of control these days Chris.WTG...Sorry to hear about the foot, thought you were going to say a ray got you, probably would have been just as painful, but it would be history by now.I've had a couple of broken toes slowing me down from hunting, not working though, for the past week, but I'm taking the rest of the week off to try my luck.Might even go out after dinner for a trial run tonight.....Hope all goes well for you...GL

I think it's walking on the sand that is doing us all in, I've started wearing wet suit boots on the beach now, it has helped me. Hope it helps you, good luck :)

I've been having a lot of toe cramps while digging on the beach. It sure is hell to get old. I always thought that the old timers were just kidding when they said that!

In my dive boots and its great. I have that condition and a heel spur. After misery, seeking relief , shots etc I finally when to the new balance store and asked for the hard plastic inserts that are inside of the orthotics I wear I'm my shoes & sneakers. These are hard non-absorbent plastic supports.
