We might know who the ordnance belonged to. Back in the early 70's, this guy had enough fire power to blow up the whole block where he lived in Toluca, and that included a rocket/grenade launcher. He was a teacher at the high school and considered himself a survivalist.

The rest of the story is that this gentleman has probably passed away from an advanced age. I've already said enough to get the homeland security bastards to harass me so I am not saying any more.
