Dose Iron mask help??? Thanks all,

Not sure if this will help you, but here is a recent thread containing a recent post that may help you a little bit http://www.findmall.com/read.php?86,2020892]. It seems like me, you have been having issues with Iron-Falsing. The post I am referring to was the one made by a user named Johnny.

OK Dan iLL try that, I ment dos Iron trace Help????? Mick

Not sure what you mean by iron trace? But Target Trace leaves the images on the screen for a longer period of time. And for hunting in iron infested sites, it helps me a lot. Iron will usually hang at the bottom of the display. If you hit an area with rusted/oxidized iron particles, the Target Trace image will resemble a meteor shower. Here are a few posts I made referring to this. JMHO HH Randy

Target trace does help . What you want to look for is the spray of red dots running horizontal on the screen and staying close to the 12 line .Vertical red dot spray up and down is almost always iron . Like I said almost . Take a dime and a nail place the dime on the nail it will null or grunt in one direction and 90 degrees to that it will sound good and will have a spray pattern of red dots running left to right close or on the 12 line . the dime will be reading from 12.25 to 12.30 because the nail is dragging the #s down [try it] Bent nails and round iron objects are a little harder to figure out . sube
