Saturday's weather was high 40s and no wind, good enough to revisit a 1800's home site (now a plowed field with lots of iron trash) that has produced several silvers and other goodies. This hunt landed a 1905 Indian and a couple of Wheats, but I couldn't read their dates. The best find was a half buried large marble. It's amazing that the plow blades haven't even touched it. I may have gotten skunked on silver that day but the marble and the Indian made it worth the short trip.
