Got a date 1926 and some words but cant make them out

It looks like a Greek mythology theme, it could be a Roman emperor like Cesar with a toga on, and a laurel leaf crown on his head, may be a key fob. Just a guess.

If you search google images for '1926 agosto' you will get several matches. It only takes a few seconds and takes a lot more time to retype what is found onto here. I cannot see it as well as if I had it in person to look at so 1926 agosto is all I could see. With the pin at your disposal to inspect, you can find much more on it to search google. From your pic and lack of description, I can't even tell if its a pin or a compac or mirror with a hinge.
