A friend was looking for Civil War relics on my farm, found and gave this item to me. It has the threaded post/round nut type attachment on back, which is complete. I thought "Corps Badge" since the US Army held maneuvers here during WWII and relics from that era turn up sometimes. I couldn

Thanks everyone. Mine seems to be missing the center figure, looks like a watch tower. I will get that fellow to show me where he found it, maybe the missing part is there also.
