Cross checking combined audio with 50Co

How many of you hunt in combined but double check targets with 50 conductive or vice versa? I read about people doing this all the time but I don't really understand what the benefit is.

What do you get out of doing it, and are there situations where this is necessary and/or works better with than in other situations?

Trpn...... I agree.... seems to me a quick look at the smart screen would give you all the info you need.

changing the tones from combined to 50C wouldnt give you any more info. I have at times set up my hot-key to switch me to a second hunting mode because changing the mode changes the FE-CO responses, and is especially noticeable on the half and silver dollar targets.
