CTX charger problem??

Noticed the other day when I plugged in my USB cable to charger base, I heard a faint snap. Noticed that the USB cable is a little sloppy feeling while plugged in?? Compared other USB connections with my computer and tablet. Seems to be very solid feeling.
Has any of you noticed this problem?? Charger still charges the wireless module. Wondering if something has come loose within the base and not holding the USB female solid?

Mine is also a bit loose. Probably normal.

Do not have a CTX3030, am thinking about one in the next 24 months, so was reading through the posts learning about it. When I plug my tablet in, it uses a usb charger, sometimes there's a snap from the draw of the charger. Kinda like a plugging a vacuum cleaner in, with the switch already on. Just a thought. Artie

The female connection on my charger has let go completely and fallen inside the housing. It's still under warranty but as for now I just plug into the USB port on my computer.
