Well this is how I make a squirrel gumbo.First go to meat store and buy three squirrels.

Fry meat then ad water to boil to make meat tender

fry onions till golden brown

add roux and meat and cook on low fire for about one and one half hour

after cooked ad green onions and cook about 15min longer

Gumbo can be made with: Chicken,sausage,shiamp,rabbit,squirrel,birds,and stuff I even forgot about.

I like to fry them,then pressure cook them for about thirty min,
Then i throw them in a cake pan,put some Cavenders greek seasoning on them,
and smother them with bobbyQ sauce.Cover with foil and bake for about an hour.
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Good.

I fell prety dumb right about now.
I know that you have a diverse diet with meals that we don't have 'round here.
I thot maybe a shiamp was somethin i aint never heard of before.

Not after i've seen what a 'free range' chicken eats :puke:

A squirrel would never eat those kind o' nasty things.
