Day for Foreign Coins

Wet day here in the PNW but still got to do a little THing. Boy was this the day for foreign coins. Started off with a 5 Japanese Yen coin at my first stop. At my second stop I hit a German 5 pfening and two $1 coins that I can not identify. On my nest stop I landed a Costa Rican 50 Colones. What a way to see the world today.

The one dollar coins are on the Whatsit forum.

I love to find a foreign coin and to think you found quite a few. :bouncy: Around the word for sure. Those are cool finds and glad you could get out and detect. HH, Nancy
 
HuntinDog is on the right track. A 2006 1 Peso that is missing the outer ring. Does that make it a 1/2 Peso? :rofl:
 
The PNW can be a drippy place this time of year, but we can all still wedge in some hunting here and there when it's not too nasty. It does look like you just had one-of-those-days. It happens from time to time where it might be a run of cheap jewlery, or maybe good jewlery, possibly what seems like unending pennies, or, in your case, a foreign coin streak.

It all just adds to the fun!

I hope you get out more.
