Day two at the Dude’s hunted out park…..

Had to get out today as tomorrow is another hunting day with the daughter. Jkline was supposed to be there too but his college age kid showed up and Dad did the Dad thing…..
I simply hit one corner of the park closest to the picnic pavilion. First two hits along the sidewalk were quarters about 4-5” deep, yup this place was hit real good . Next hit I thought was a quarter as well but a heavily tarnished mens size silver ring at 5-6” deep popped out. Gonna be a good day……!
After nearly 3.5 hrs it started to rain and get dark so I shut it down. Ended up with 7 quarters, 14 dimes, 10 nickels, 5 copper pennies, and one Seattle Mariners pendant. Everything was between 2-8”. I thought I had another silver quarter but it ended up being a 1974 Canadian quarter at 6” down, damn 99.9% nickel foreign money .

I thought a certain area of a creek I hunted for almost 10 years was hunted out just to have my best season last year pulling out 3 seated liberty & a barber with other silvers in an area I pounded to death. A real head scratcher . Was hoping I would pick up where I left off but it's not giving them up yet

Anytime a silver ring comes out is a win! Hunted out cracks me up every time I hear it.
