Dedicate this forum to Uncle Willy

If it is possible, the forum mods need to make the copy changes that will dedicate this forum "to the memory of Bill Revis."
No one man deserves it more than he.

I will third that motion ...

He certainly was dedicated to this forum.
Would like to see it myself. He did a great job here !
Rest in Peace Bill.

Well, you've come a long way. I know Bill would be proud of you.
He could rub people the wrong way, because he came off as sharp-tongued on occasion. And you are right - on the flip side he would tell it straight. That was just his way.

He will be missed. A great man passed on, when Mr. Revis died. God Rest his soul.

Dave.
In a way you could already say that this forum is dedicated to Bill. The Caption does read that this is the territory of Bill Revis.

Here's what it says: "Green Machine Territory. Bill Revis has helped out in the past classroom and hopefully he will stay around for this forum. He is an experienced Garrett metal detector user and will try to help in areas that others may not be able to cover."

I reckon this ought to be brought up to speed, for one, and an outright, 'in memoria' dedication to the man and his contributions should be made. He authored well over 600 articles on the hobby - that alone should be worth something.
