Here are my settings that worked so well at the hunt. I was hitting mini balls at up to 14 measured inches. A large cent at 8-9 and half Reale at the same. Small flat cuff buttons at 7-9". The soil was sandy loam and the moisture was good. There was very little trash. A lot of these signals didn't scream I'm a good target dig me. To get them you had to listen for the faintest sounds even with the audio set to 4. If you get a repeatable target without an iron hum as you wiggle back from the target then it was time to dig. I dug a sword pommel at 10" but it is pretty good size. I did dig some iron but not much. Digging some iron is part of the deal especially when you're dealing with deep targets.

Reactivity 1
Silencer 0
Notch 8-30 97-99

Ground notch 70-90
Iron volume 2
Four tones
Swing speed was fast I'd call it
If you're in a place with more trash then up your reactivity to 2 or 3 and drop your sensitivity to 90. Remember when you touch the reactivity the silencer will move on its own so check it for the setting.
