I have a Scuba Tector and have been out quite a few times to local lakes. To see photos, I have a Facebook page, Goldsboro Treasure Hunting Lounge, which you can go to to view finds from all of my trips. After each trip, I lay the finds out on a piece of paper. I have found 2 gold rings so far. I am not confident that the detector will pick up very small gold. Wedding bands and the like, no problem, but small chains, it will remain silent. I have found much jewelry. I really enjoy the machine and use the "quarter on the shaft" technique to get another 1-1 1/2" depth.
