Deus 2 HF Coils

I hear the new coil will need FCC approval before they can sell in the US.
Dealer put me on the wait list and said price is $399.
I’m glad because I don’t have the nine inch now because my machine came with the 11 inch coil.
Hopefully I’ll stay excited and get out more. I haven’t been detecting much in the last two years…….gotta get back out there

I am waiting to see some feedback before buying the new coil
I dont need a new coil find enough goods with the 9" on my D2 and manticore I met a guy this weekend
from RI who found a handful of cobbs on a RI beach and a Ghost pine tree shilling which can value upwards to 150K! what detector was he using?
A D1 lol not sure what coil
Mark

He made outstanding finds! But I hear you - I always wanted a nine inch coil so this new one is perfect for me. Something new to try and the small size will help my old bones swing a little bit more. I probably should just travel north and use what I have ……..ha ha ha

What’s this bit sticking out? No explanations on xp site

It’s a charging wire, has nothing to do with connectivity.
XP doesn’t use wireless charging
C'mon Tony----That's not what I was saying at all.-----It has everything to do with connectivity.----That's a wire to connect the coil to the battery (in the shaft).----The other style has the battery imbedded in the coil.---Of course they don't use wireless charging. :)----The battery charges (either style) by a charging clip affixing to the coil.

Please don’t confuse me I’m older and probably shouldn’t buy this coil…..I don’t get out much anyway
