I just posted to your comment on the other forum and the simple answer to your question is yes. Considerably more if you are only comparing each with the factory programs. The DFX is notably conservative in the factory settings. The V3i is MUCH better, especially the HI Pro program. Even with the DFX maxed out like in Larry's program, the V3i is still much better.
