When in high ground and falsing beach and trashy areas........use the 11" Pro SE coil.....and when not......us the same..lol........the big SEF coils just don't have the seperation........

n/t

The BIG one...I have yet to get the smaller SEF.....I am sure they will be good.....Cause one thing the SEF's are is STABLE......But too much coil will be like putting a blind fold on the coil.....it can't see squat in my iron infested yard and the 11" can.

I'M TAKING THE BETS---place your money here folks!!!!----I think we are going to find that either one of them are going to be EXCELLENT coils (lightweight pro & SEF 10X12)----I just wish the Pro wasn't made so "flimsy"--but you can't have your cake & eat it to.---We asked Minelab for a lighter, stable coil and they gave it to us--and it's a good one to.---What a couple of great new toys to play with!!----Del

I am sure the SEF is very stable and is a great coil....but I doubt it is as light as the 11"
I was told to use the rubber washers that came with it, always...cause if the other washers are not as thick it could tend to put too much pressure on the lightend up ears while tightening the wing nut. I may or may not buy a 12x10 SEF if I am satisfied with the 11" SE pro coil. we will see....I can't imagine anything being any better. :clapping:

I put my $$$$$$ on the S.E.F.

So does that mean you bought one John? I would love to hunt side by side with someone that has the SEF 12x10 coil and compare that way....Now that would be the way to do it...Right! :twodetecting:

Are you challenging me to a Coil duel? :starwars:

I prefer the word Curious, not challenge, But then again, it would be better having the same machines also. I use the XS and by comparing with an SE or II it may not be fair either....just to keep it legit.

:starwars: .......Luke I am your father! Hey I want the green shwarts......

Geesh.......:spin:

Mattockman---Now that's what I alway's thought-2 SE's side by side--same day-same site (same everything) except one is all dressed up with the lightweight--the other is sporting the latest "fashion" SEF 10X12. My wife & I both have SE's but we only have the lightweight coil. Now we are VERY POOR folks----so if someone would GIVE us a SEF 10X12---why, we would be more than happy to do some of these tests for you. That way--you would have the UNPROFESSIONAL opinion of a real SAP and would no longer have to wonder about these perplexing issues. (and I would have me a brand new 10X12) haaaaa---I can talk to you guy's like this bacause ya'll know I'm nuts anyway.-------Later, Del (and don't forget about my new coil)
