Do you think I'm missing anything?

To start I relic hunt a ton(almost daily). I just about only use Andy's coin program and have been very pleased with the results. So my question is do you think I am missing any targets?

For Relic hunting I would have to say yes. I don't know what type of places but usually old fields, home sites and the woods are places I think of when someone relic hunts. When I hunt those types of places I strictly use the Two Tone Ferrous (TTF) and probably Gaz's pattern where the top line is discriminated out except for the spot big silver comes in at.

Do you usually dig everything when Relic hunting? I tend to, and Andy's program will discriminate some stuff out that you might want to investigate. Especially on the right side of the screen.

YES, As Neb says opening the screen up more and TTF will most likely do a better job at relic hunting. AND yes, just cause no matter how good you are and what set up you use you will not get everything. Moisture content, temperature ( i know sounds crazy) and even mental attitude will make a difference. IF you have a great spot then make some intelligent changes and go over it again and again.

let us know how you do.

good luck

Sorry. I meant LEFT side of the screen. My mistake.

I will have to give TTF another go then. I what do you think is over on the left side that I could be missing? I'm diggin at a site that has millions(and I mean Millions of pull tab) and pieces of foil but under that there have been a lot of nice buttons that have came out. I'm just scared. Truth be told. As always I love the great discussion this forum brings about. Much better than those "other" Larger forums. BTW Neb I like the videos.

Man, I don't know. The left side is where the foil would come in. If you've got pull-tab problems and foil problems and use the TTF you're probably gonna end up either being so BUFF you could enter a body building contest or so sick of diggin' you never want to detect again.

I guess if that's your situation I'd probably cherry pick with Andy's coin Pattern, then go back and start to work small (say 10x10 foot) areas until they're cleared out....if at all possible. Ultimately you'll have to decide.

I'm still looking forward to seeing some finds.
