Downloading Programs for E-trac

Where can you go to download different programs for the e-trac. I hear people share them and I haven't found any yet? Thanks in advance.

I tried to use these but my computer will not open the files. Says they are corrupt or because they were sent as an attachment? Any suggestions?
 
You can't open them except in the E-Trac Exchange software. Are you trying them there? I download them into a folder and then open them in the Exchange program. Then you can connect your E-Trac and put them there and manage them as well.
