E Trac & Coils

I know it's still very early on with this new detector (E Trac) and that we are still trying to figure it out (learn it, what it will and what it will not do).----But I'm curious about something-has anyone tried the 10X12 SEF coil on the E Trac (inland) yet?---If so-what are your impressions (results) of that coil compared to the 11" on the E Trac?--------Thanks, Del

That's interesting--thanks Ray.----I to think the 11" pro coil is going to be a hard one to beat (at least for general hunting & inland).-------Del

The stock and 6 inch EQ squared, are the ones I reach for!

Thanks guys!---That's a VERY INTERESTING test Mike.---I have the 6" Excellerator and feel it's a very good little coil in trash.--Maybe it will work out to be even better on the E Trac than on the SE??-------As far as the 10X12 SEF versus the 11" Pro--when all is considered, there doesn't appear to be any advantage in going to the 10X12 SEF, does there?---I have always really liked the FBS 1050-didn't realize there was a 1" (air test) difference in it and the 11" Pro.-interesting!-----Right now, what I'm thinking--the 11" Pro stock coil & the 6" Excellerator (on the E Trac) is going to be a VERY hard combination to beat (for inland hunting).-----Del
