E-Trac extracts despite the cold ground and weather....TheMarshall

Hello to all the lads over there in the USA, who are frozen in by the cold spell.

Here's a shot of our club rally, taken a couple of weeks ago. Don't be deceived by the sunny aspect, for there was a chill factor of -3 C,

and we had to wrap up well. The ground was frozen in places to a depth of 3 inches, and at times it was ankle breaking digging.

My E-Trac was well covered, and I detected by audio only. Fe sounds and 2 tones kept things simple. Iron mask 35 to 31.

Suggested Auto-Sens was 17, and I added +3....She ran as steady as a rock. The ferrous bit in the picture of finds was trying to mask the

big penny, but 'The Big E' saw through that one. After a few hours I froze up, but she was still humming away....Great day..great detector.....TheMarshall.
