E-trac Upgrade?? Explorer se to Etrac

I am thinking of upgrading to an Etrac from Explorer Se pro. I have ran the Explorer for about 5 years and I love it. Just wondering if it is worth the expense to do so and am I going to be better off with the Etrac? Thanks in advance for any comments.

Depends on how much the upgrade will cost! How much is it?

Don't have an Explorer but from what i've read their detecting capabilities are about in the same ballpark but the eTRAC has some more straight forward way of doing things.

My friend hunts with an Explorer and after this weekend pulling a Barber dime from from around his older plugs, he says, "I think it's time for a new detector." But he does great with the Explorer. I've only used the ctx and etrac from Minelab. And I like the etrac better than the ctx. So if you choose etrac, good choice!

I've owned a SE pro and e Trac, never found anything with one the other wouldn't.I sold the e Trac, and still have the SE pro.Etrac was a easier sell, that's the only reason it went.
If you don't have a ultimate coil, get one, your won't miss much with it.
