Empty scoop!

Goldstrike

Well-known member
After several visits to the doc's and ending up in the E.R. with a pinched nerve in the upper spine and unbelievable pain in my right arm and shoulder, my sand scoop will be empty for awhile unfortunately. After double doses of pain shots including morphine, the pain lessened and boy, was I ever grateful for that!!
At least I have the pain killer meds now to deal with the after effects. I will be back on the beaches very shortly (although the doc didn't mention that was part of the physical theraphy)LOL!! though and this time I'll be using my 'swingy thingy' sling support that I should have been using all along!!
G.L. & H.H. everyone and keep your scoops filled with goodies as often as you can!

Hang in there, GS. And TRY to do as your physician advises......

Thanks KinTN ! I promise I'll try!!

Hope you get better really quick! Keep that empty scoop out and visible for motivation during your recovery.
Keep us updated on your progress.
