epoxy

All depends upon what parts you are trying to glue together.
Thing to remember not all Marine epoxies even have UV inhibitors mixed in. UV will break down epoxy after awhile if not coated with a UV inhibitor coating.
Epoxy creates a mechanical bond only.

I used to built boats with epoxy as well as make saltwater aquarium filtration systems using polycarbonate where you want absolutely no leaks
