Equinox and vanquish on the beach

Will there be a difference in performance of the vanquish that the equinox has over the vanquish.
They both have the muti I q
I assume the equinox has more settings over the vanquish
Reason I am asking looking for a back up machine for ocean hunting
I really don’t want to buy the vanquish and it false when the salt water hit i
If any an give me the pro and cons of these machines would be appreciated
 
The jury is still out on the Vanquish performance, I cant imagine less is more performance but you never know.

I’m considering the NOX 600 as a backup to my 800 next spring.
Reason cheaper than the 800 and the 600 will be my main water unit and I can keep my 800 dry on land.
Also the coils will be interchangeable. And also the accessories.
