Etrac exchange alternative software

Software like the Etrac exchange. Found this on another site seems like it would be real useful.

Bill, we just got a new computer and all my downloads in up in moviemaker and they won't open. It's windows 7 HP. When I download it doesn"t give me the window that our last computed did Open as,Name file and location so I ca create an E-Trac only folder. I-m not that good on a CP so please excuse me. any suggestions is appreciated on what I need to change on my computer to open all my downloads.
 
Not really sure I follow you. Are you talking about the download from the site above or something from moviemaker? I am sure I can help once I get an idea what you want to do.....;o)
