I seem to recall a zip target files for the ETrac simulator that had Civil War relics items in it. I can't seem to locate it or maybe I'm just crazy!

Anyone know of such a file or can point me to it?

It is not difficult to create an emulator file, but it can be time consuming. Since Jim has already done most of the work all you would need is a pictures of each item (doesn't have to be the item tested, just a representative sample).
