Europe's Largest Metal Detector Distributor Gives Minelab The Boot

I heard minelab demanded they quit carrying notka and quest, notka alone i would be a deal breaker i bet.
Yet ML did not drop them its the other way around: given ML's reputation since the Equinox has come out on quality I do not see them as being able to threaten anyone
on "do this or else".......As to Quest I have read its a Chinese made copy of the T-2 and owned by Mao Quang Deng & Deteknix Inc., and there is/was a lawsuit......
(If back in the day when I was dealing and Whites had demanded I drop Garrett or else--they were always fighting in the '70's and in fact sued each other--I would have told Whites goodbye.
If someone came in that wanted one I would have tried to sell them something else and barring that would have ordered a Whites from Kellyco-the discount was slightly less--these kind of demands
can sink a manufacturer in more ways than one. ML has been sued under the Sherman Antitrust Laws for anti competition practices and price fixing before)

Minelab are the Greediest of all detector manufacturers, the quality of quite a few of there products is to say the least bad quality. Massive profit margins on everything they sell too.
Not saying everything they sell is rubbish , some are good , It;s just they sell some products that cost penny's to manufacture in some cases that will sell for 50 dollars. There carry bags cost £50
to purchase here in Uk, They usually last about 3 months of daily use before the zips fall to bits. Probably cost 50 pence at most to manufacture, total crap product.
