Nice job, and I agree that OldBeechNut is a particularly helpful fellow. I do have question. Did you buy the contact insertion tool for the connectors or was not needed?

One important thing!

The Coiltek WOT cable's plastic casing is too thick. Does not fit into the connetor. Can be sanded thinner.

I assume you mean the water entered at the coil not the coil connector. Is that correct?

Excelerator unfortunately infiltrated by water on the first waterhunt.

For those who may not know this;

If you measure the cable diameter you may find that you can purchase the proper collet and cable gland to fit it. As you may know the last four digits signify the cable entry size. A /6065 is color coded white and is for 6.0 to 6.5 mm. The largest collet and cable gland combination is the /6570 and fits 6.5 to 7.0 mm and is black in color.

Part number PX0482 a package of 4 pairs of collets and glands ranging in size from 3.0 to 5.0 mm

AND

Part number PX0483, a package of 4 pairs of collets and glands ranging in size from 5.0 to 7.0 mm

Bulgin Cable Gland/Collet pack
