I just received my new ctx 3030 and it didn't have the disk as my other one had I lost the other one, so I downloaded the exchange program and it won't recognize my ctx at all, the programs works fine but bit will not connect to my new ctx at all, i'm not sure if it's the windows problem or the ctx , I hate to bother the minelab people with this but maybe have to. anybody got any ideas?

Never mind It was a software problem, I fixed it
 
So far I cannot get minelabs software to work at all on my home desk top. It worked at first setting my programs up but years later now will not load. As far as service goes I was able to get someone to speak with but he didnt know any more what to do than I knew. I tried to load a disk as well as software from the minelab site. As much as I have used my CTX3030 Iam very disappointed with this. I guess my only option would be to get another detector.
