Found this relic today, a Chinese guy handed it to me, that's how deep it was. I was strolling along with my F75 lTD in an area where there had been stuff dumped around the early 1900's, the detector hit what sounded really good and really deep so I proceeded to dig, and dig, and dig, at around 12 inches I stuck the carrot in the hole and still didn't get a response, I thought about giving up on it because it was getting dark and the park manager was driving around shutting all the gates, I picked up the F75 and ran it across the hole again and it was still singing on it so I talked myself into taking out a couple more scoops. Well after that I put the probe back in the hole and I was right on top of the target so I took my Lesche out of the sheath and popped out what appears to be the end of a large spoon or ladle at around 16 inches down . F75 is still one of the top dogs of metal detectors in my opinion, just got that proven to me again today. GL HH : )
