The nickle is from a school I also found a half cent there but it is to badly worn to show.The quarter is from the same field the 1813 LC is from.The quarter is 1929

I think your quarter looks like a 1919, not a 1929.
The date was recessed on later dates and would be showing with the amount of wear on the rest of the coin.
