File Tab in Exchange 2

Is it just me or is anyone else missing the file tab in the exchange 2 software?

Reading the Exchange 2 manual it says that the file tab will allow you to export/import and backup modes. Is it only available when your CTX is plugged in?

Also are you able to export/import modes out of Exchange 2 to share with others like you were able to do with the E-Trac?
