Took off and hit the water today to see what the winds kicked up. Not bad, dug two gold rings. One with a Blue Topaz and the other with 2 diamond chips. both tested 14KT, but no marking>>>>

Hi Joe, Do you metal detect or just sift? If i lived close to the beach i would build a nice sifter i think, and hit the low spots with larger rocks. Have you tryed that? Good finds any way you get-em. Flintstone

I metal detect in the water and dump my scoop in a all plastic/PVC float I made, then I just swing the coil over the float to find the target. Here's a picture of my water equipment less the wet suit
